Determine Your Route
The first step to properly planning your trip around Park City transportation is to know where you’re going and what bus routes are available for your destinations. Park City has 12 routes:
- 1 Prospector Square / Deer Valley
- 2 Park Meadows / Thaynes Canyon / Deer Valley
- 3 Thaynes Canyon / Park Meadows / Deer Valley
- 4 Silver Lake
- 5 Prospector Square / Deer Valley
- 9 Empire Canyon
- 10 Kimball Junction / Main St. Express
- 40 Silver Lake via Royal Street
- 50 Prospector Square / Main St. & Deer Valley
- 93 PCHS / PC MTN Express
- T Trolley
- C Citywide
Learn Each Route’s Stopping Points
You can download the map and schedule for each route to see how often each route runs, hours of operation, and route notes.
For example, Route 1 has red as its color code. It operates seven days a week from 6:50 a.m. to 11:20 p.m. It runs every 30 minutes during operating hours. There are numerous stops throughout the route.
There’s also a combined frequency with Route 5 Yellow, so buses are available every 10 to 20 minutes. Stopping points include:
- Deer Valley Resort (departure point)
- Deer Valley Dr. (West)
- Main St.
- Skate Park
- Park City Mountain Village
- Fresh Market
- High School (South)
- Wyatt Earp
- The Prospector
Route 2 Green will be completely different from Route 1 Red. You can map out your route in advance, so you don’t have to worry about it when you’re on your way out the door.
Bus Tracker / Interactive Map
Did you know that Park City transportation has an interactive map that shows where each bus is on its route? You can zoom in and out on any part of the map for a closer look at the routes.
The interactive map is helpful if you’re worried about missing your bus. You can also view it from satellite mode. The routes are color-coded, making them easier to keep track of.
